Good Medicine Rx is a high-quality acoustic duo from Southbury, CT which has been performing at area restaurants and other establishments for 8 years now. Some of these include: Stones Throw Restaurant, Seymour; Hawk Ridge Winery, Watertown; Redding Roadhouse, Ridgefield, Zugibe Winery, Geneva, NY; and several others. We specialize in acoustic music from the 50s, 60s and 70s. We have a repertoire of over 75 very popular songs, and we would love to be a part of the musical program at your restaurant, tavern, winery, or private party. We pride ourselves on musical and vocal quality. We have excellent sound equipment, and we can deliver great music to entertain your guests, either with a very participatory audience or more in the background so as not to disturb their meal or your business transactions.

MUSICAL STYLE: Our musical style is tight and precise with close vocal harmonies. We constantly strive to add new songs and to perfect our sets.

FAVORITE MUSIC: We love classic tunes. Some of our favorite performers and groups are the Beatles, Neil Young, CSN&Y, The Monkees, The Everly Brothers, Simon and Garfunkel, Steve Earle, Linda Ronstadt, and Fleetwood Mac

PERFORMANCES: We perform regularly at restaurant venues in Southwestern Connecticut and New York state. We also play at wineries, taverns, private events, and we often perform pro bono for charities and other good causes

INSTRUMENTS: Jeff plays Martin and Fender electric and acoustic guitars, holding down most of the leads and fills. Michel plays Luna and ovation guitars and ukulele with complimentary rhythm and finger-picking styles.

SOUND EQUIPMENT: We perform using a Bose LI Model II line array PA system with two B1 Base units and a 4 channel ToneMatch mixer. We sing though Sure SM58 Beta microphones.
